Website Terms of Use

Terms governing use of the public Barmentech Technology website and requests for a technology-service evaluation.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Website purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the public Barmentech Technology website. By accessing or using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these Terms.

Informational website and no automatic client relationship

The website provides general information about Barmentech’s Technology services. Browsing the website, submitting the Contact form, requesting a call, opening WhatsApp, sending an email, submitting a Privacy Request, or requesting preliminary information does not automatically create a professional, contractual, or paid client relationship.

A service relationship begins only after Barmentech confirms in writing acceptance of the requested work, scope, applicable commercial or service terms, responsibilities, and any required payment or authorization.

Inquiries, call requests, and project evaluations

Contact and call-request submissions are requests for review only. Barmentech may request clarification or additional operational or technical information, determine whether requested work fits its available scope and capacity, and decline work it cannot appropriately support.

A request for a call does not automatically schedule a meeting, guarantee availability or a callback within a fixed time, accept a project, or establish a service relationship.

Proposals, estimates, scope, and service acceptance

Public descriptions, example capabilities, process explanations, and starting information are not universal final proposals. Any estimate, quotation, or proposal depends on the available information and may be revised when requirements change or new facts are discovered. It applies only for its stated validity period when one is provided and becomes binding only according to its written acceptance terms.

Final scope, deliverables, timeline, price, responsibilities, dependencies, and acceptance conditions must be confirmed in the applicable written proposal or service agreement.

Customer responsibilities

Prospective and accepted customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information; identifying authorized decision-makers; reviewing requirements, content, designs, configurations, and deliverables when requested; and responding to approvals and questions needed for the work.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining lawful rights to their business information and systems, maintaining backups and operational safeguards unless Barmentech expressly accepts responsibility for them, and meeting obligations or deadlines that Barmentech has not expressly accepted in writing.

Client-provided materials and permissions

Anyone submitting or supplying text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, documents, datasets, product or service information, website content, code, API documentation, system-access information, or other business materials represents that they have the authority or permission needed to use and share them for the requested purpose.

The customer remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, permissions, and instructions associated with supplied materials, except to the extent Barmentech expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables, reusable components, frameworks, libraries, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Sensitive information and access credentials

Do not submit through the public Contact or Privacy Request forms passwords, API keys, authentication credentials, production secrets, payment-card information, banking credentials, identity documents, government identification numbers, confidential datasets, tax or financial records, source-code secrets, or other sensitive documents.

When an accepted service legitimately requires sensitive information or system access, Barmentech will identify an appropriate separate method or channel. Ordinary email should not be treated as a secure document-transfer channel.

Prices, payments, cancellations, and refunds

Public prices or starting prices, if displayed, are not universal final prices. Third-party licenses, hosting, domains, APIs, cloud usage, messaging, email, model usage, payment processing, and other external services may create separate or variable charges.

Final price and payment conditions must be confirmed in writing before paid work begins. Payment, cancellation, suspension, and refund conditions are governed by the accepted proposal or service agreement.

Third-party technology services

Technology work may depend on independent providers, including domain registrars, hosting and cloud infrastructure, databases and storage, email and messaging platforms, API providers, payment processors when included in a project, artificial-intelligence model providers, social and communication platforms, software libraries, operating systems, app stores, and other integration providers.

Their availability, eligibility, pricing, usage limits, terms, security requirements, review processes, service continuity, APIs, and product decisions remain outside Barmentech’s exclusive control. References to third-party services do not make Barmentech a partner, reseller, representative, affiliate, or certified provider of those services.

Automation and artificial intelligence

Barmentech may design workflows that use rules, integrations, automation, or artificial-intelligence services when included in an accepted project scope. Automated or AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, unexpected results, or provider-dependent limitations. Appropriate review, human oversight, controls, permitted use, and responsibilities are defined according to the project and applicable agreement.

The public website does not promise that artificial intelligence is necessary or appropriate for every process.

Acceptable website use

Do not use the website unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt or interfere with it; probe for vulnerabilities without authorization; send malicious automated traffic, spam, or form abuse; impersonate another person; introduce malware; attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; scrape in violation of applicable restrictions; or misuse protected content.

This section does not prohibit ordinary browser use, accessibility tools, or lawful search-engine indexing.

Intellectual property of the public website

Original public-site content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, and approved assets belong to Barmentech or their applicable licensors and may not be unlawfully reproduced, misrepresented, or misused. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners, and references to third-party technologies do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

Barmentech does not claim general ideas, systems, or methods as protected merely because they are discussed on the website. Project-specific ownership and licenses are governed by the applicable written agreement.

External links and communications

External links are provided for convenience. Independent destinations have their own terms, privacy practices, security, availability, and content, and Barmentech does not control their independent operation.

Opening WhatsApp, social media, email, or another external communication service may transmit information to that provider under its own terms and privacy practices.

Website availability and changes

Barmentech seeks to maintain useful and current public information but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free. The website, public content, service descriptions, navigation, and availability may change.

This section does not change an accepted project agreement.

Service-specific agreements

Purchased or accepted services are governed by their confirmed scope and applicable agreement. These public Website Terms do not replace a proposal, statement of work, SaaS agreement, maintenance agreement, data-processing agreement, or other service-specific contract.

When an accepted service agreement conflicts with general website information, the accepted agreement governs that service to the extent of the conflict.

Changes to these Terms

Barmentech may update these Terms to reflect changes to the public website, Technology services, operational practices, or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the published version.
